Return of Goods of Proper Quality

The Buyer has the right to refuse the Product at any time before the delivery of the Product and after the delivery of the Product – within 7 (seven) days. The return of a Product of proper quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the said Product are preserved. Violation of the integrity of the packaging (including sealed cellophane film) is a violation of the presentation of the Product.

The Buyer does not have the right to refuse a Product of proper quality, which has individually defined properties, if the said Product can only be used by the Buyer who purchased it. The Buyer does not have the right to return goods of proper quality.

Complaints about goods of inadequate quality

A product of inadequate quality means a defective product, which cannot guarantee its functional qualities. The received product must match the description on the website. Differences in design or design elements in relation to what is indicated in the description on the website do not constitute a malfunction or lack of functionality of the product.

Types of defects in book products:

– Pages are turned over, missing, tangled or out of sequence;

– Unprinted pages (“blank sheets”), except in functionally intended cases;

– Defects that cause elements of the book block to fall off: stitched pages, divided block, missing stitches;

– Obvious defects in the reproduction of text and illustrations on the cover or on the binding cover: paint fading, loss of film and other decorative elements, loss of parts of the image;

– Obvious defects in the reproduction of text and illustrations in the typographic block of the book: printing errors, “faded print”, stains, double printing;

– Glue leakage inside the book block, leading to pages sticking together, damage to text or illustrations during opening;

– Trimmed edge of text or illustrations on the strip; text or illustrations “went” on the back;

– Major defects in pressing the laminated film, its peeling and tears;

– The board is behind the block along the entire adhesive strip or partially, the size is torn along the fold;

– Mechanical damage: torn and / or dirty pages, cover, binding cover;

– Contamination of the bordered surface of the book block with an area of ​​​​more than 1 cm² on the upper, lower and / or side surfaces;

– Mechanical tears of the cover at the turning corners more than 3 mm;

– Scratches that cause damage to the integrity of the paint and varnish coating / laminated film (if there is no damage to the integrity of the paint / laminated film, the book is not considered defective);

– The corners of the cover are jammed with a fold line larger than 1 cm;

– Violation of the geometry of the book block due to contact with water (bulge);

– A missing, torn / crumpled cover;

– Uneven adjacent pages, folds at the back, folded page corners.

The appearance and completeness of the goods, as well as the completeness of the entire order, must be checked by the recipient upon delivery of the goods. At the time of delivery of the goods, the delivery receipt is signed.

If you have received a poor-quality product and this condition was not agreed upon in advance by the seller, you have the right to return or exchange the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Due to the peculiarities of the distance selling method, the replacement of the goods can only be carried out by returning the poor-quality goods and placing a new order for a similar product.

Terms of return of goods:

The returned goods must be in good condition with the barcode of the online store and undamaged packaging.
